This is a solid micrograin scraping carbide for Sandvik or Biax style indexable scraper holders.  Thickness is 2.4mm (0.09"), width is 30mm and length is 22mm.  Top and bottom of the 30mm edges are sharpened to a 120mm radius to provide four cutting edges.
